We are family. Established in 2019 Corey and Marissa wanted to create a future for their new starting family. They created CMS in hopes to provide excellent services to local companies.

Along with the rest of the world, their plans were put to a quick stop with the rise of Covid. Instead of throwing in the (cleaning) towel, they decided to build their business on providing safety and peace of mind for other families who still needed to report to their workplaces.

Not only with high touch point cleaning, deep cleaning, and sanitizing, CMS was offering electrostatic spraying to disinfect offices and vehicles.

Now we are all in this new world together and we are here to continue to keep you, you’re employees, your tenants and most of all, your families safe and healthy.

What is Electrostatic Disinfecting?

Electrostatic disinfecting is a way of quickly and evenly coating a surface with a disinfecting solution. In the simplest of terms, electrostatic Sanitation works by providing a charge to a solution so that it electromagnetically sticks to a targeted surface, providing 360-degree coverage.

Electrostatic disinfecting provides a broad-spectrum approach to disinfecting a complete surface area and an entire room as we have never seen before.
